| A:Do not insert SIM Card reader until software is installed and PC restarted.
Ⅰ. Insert the e-Mobile CD into the CD-ROM drive.
Ⅱ. Double click SETUP.EXE and follow the instructions on the screen. If instructed to do so,click OK and accept license agreement to install .NET Framework ver1.1. Follow the on-screen instructions and restart your PC.For computers running on Windows 2000 or XP, a dialogue box on Hardware Installation will appear. Select "Continue Anyway" to proceed with the installation.
Ⅲ. Re-start the computer upon completion of the installation.
Ⅳ. Insert your sim card into the eMobile sim card reader. (With the logo of the eMobile reader should face up, the sim card circuit chip should face down and be inserted to the reader from the side without the slanted edge) need a picture
Ⅴ. Insert the e Mobile sim card reader into the USB port of your computer. An orange light will flash on the sim card reader, indicating that the computer is detecting the new hardware. Windows 2000 or XP will automatically detect the new hardware and the flashing light will change to green when the reader is ready for use.
Ⅵ. To use, double click the e Mobile sim card reader icon on the desktop.
*If the flashing orange light appears on the sim card reader upon usage or the computer indicates a problem utilizing the reader, remove the eMobile reader from the USB port and uninstall the eMobile software. Re-install the software by following steps (Ⅰ) to (Ⅵ) as above. |
